The project’s aim is to prepare the conceptual and detailed design as well as the shop drawings of mechanical system such as; fountain, plumbing system, firefighting system, HVAC system, electrical system and Light current system.
• Technical Brief; each building consists of two basements, a ground floor and seven floors. The total built up area of the towers is about 40,000 m2. The twin towers is an integrated commercial complex with shops, administrative and medical units.
