The project’s aim is to prepare the conceptual and detailed design as well as the shop drawings of mechanical system such as; fountain, plumbing system, firefighting system, HVAC system, electrical system and Light current system.
Technical Brief; each building consists of a basement, with area of 15,000 m2, a ground floor with area of 7,500 m2 and 2 floors. The total built up area is about 35,000 m2. the mall consist of cinemas, restaurants and shopping centers.
