We are looking for a BIM Architect to join our growing BIM team.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about BIM processes, model quality, and digital project delivery, with the opportunity to develop toward BIM Coordination responsibilities in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and validate architectural and multidisciplinary Revit models to ensure compliance with project BIM standards and requirements.
* Perform model quality checks and support the delivery of coordinated BIM outputs.
* Create, modify, and maintain Revit families in accordance with project and company standards.
* Review, verify, and consolidate COBie data and project information deliverables.
* Assist in maintaining BIM documentation, workflows, and quality assurance procedures.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and complete BIM deliverables.
* Support BIM Managers and Coordinators in project execution and digital delivery processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
* 2–5 years of experience in BIM-based projects.
* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
* Good knowledge of Revit modeling workflows.
* Experience in creating, modifying, and managing Revit families.
* Good knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, including model review and clash detection workflows.
* Good understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and data management principles.
* Familiarity with COBie deliverables is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
