The project aims to prepare the #TenderDocumentation for a #Desalination plant (ultimate capacity 87,000 m³/day) and a #SewageTreatment plant (ultimate capacity 23,000 m³/day), forming the essential utilities backbone for a world-class mixed-use coastal destination spanning approximately 1.7 million m².
