Another milestone unlocked. EEG-Engineering Experience Group – is pleased to announce award of the #Engineering Services for the #EPC project of the Idini Pumping Station Project, Nouakchott, #Mauritania under the Project for Reinforcement and Securing of the Potable Water Supply of #Nouakchott from #Idini in #Mauritania. With a capacity of 140,000 m³/day, this strategic water infrastructure project will contribute to strengthening the reliability, resilience, and operational security of Nouakchott’s potable water supply system. EEG’s scope covers the multidisciplinary engineering design and shop drawings for the pumping station, including
- hydraulic analysis
- mechanical design
- electrical systems
- instrumentation,
- control and SCADA
- civil and structural works
- architecture
- landscape
- MEP systems.
The scope also includes engineering for the pumping station, water hammer vessels, valve chambers within the site, and surge analysis to verify the surge vessel capacity and support safe and reliable operation of the system. This award reflects EEG’s growing footprint in the African water infrastructure sector and our commitment to delivering integrated, constructible, and technically robust engineering solutions for critical utility projects.
